This new welcome project is operational since September 1st 2015 at Université Fédérale area with partners such as the Prefecture of the Haute-Garonne, the CAF (housing allocations and advice) and the CROUS in an area of 300 m2.
Main missions: unite services, councils and advice for integration.
Our teams will be available to give advice regarding: cultural and sports activities, transport, assistance for studying with a handicap, and academic programs. For students and researchers using Toul’Box your first appointment will be held here.
Our services will be assured in French, English, Spanish, German, Chinese, Japanese, Uzbek and Russian.
The Prefecture will provide a Welcome Service (from September to December) for international students at the Welcome Desk. Students will apply for, and receive, their residence permit here. Each student concerned must make an appointment through the website www.haute-garonne.gouv.fr and upload the file appropriate to their personal situation (1st application or renewal). www.haute-garonne.gouv.fr
CAF agents will assist you in estimating your possible allocations and help you with your application through www.caf.fr.
In addition to its main CASE office on rue du Taur, Crous will to advise you on grants, accommodation, canteen access, cultural activities and employment. A staff will also help you with your accommodation guarantee application.
